Why most people love Google search but not yahoo search?

Google is loved by the internet user because of its simplicity. All the products and application given by Google are in an organized manner. When users go for a search the home page will be very simple without any ads, tabs, sidebars, frames, etc. It will contain only the search text box with button and links for faster download. Also the search page of a topic will not consist of too many items and advertisements. They will give importance to the searched content rather than other options and services. Whereas Yahoo designed their search home page with all the service and options packed in that.

Yahoo search will look fashionable with striking templates, frames, tabs and links. But when searching for a specific keyword or topics these options are not required. It will only lead to slow access of the expected page. Ads should magnetize user to visit the content linked with that rather than making a compulsory click. This is what is happening in Yahoo which is filled with lots of advertisements and service. If user needs a service then he will access it through its specific domain address.

Hence Google search made an impact by keeping simple search engine.
